Native small tree from India, Indonesia and Australia, leathery whorled leaves ( similar to Plumeria leaves) cover the entire tree , lovely, fragrant ,small , greenish/yellow – white star like flowers are produced abundantly covering the entire plant.
The bark of this tree is used medicinally as a antimalarial drug . Hardy to 30’s
