Commonly called “cast iron” plant for good reason, this evergreen is extremely sturdy and able to tolerate seriously shady conditions, tough glossy dark green, lance- shaped leaves 1’ – 5’ tall and spreads slowly, this form has tiny white speckles that cover it’s entire face. Thrives with very little care, growing best in well draining porous soils. Very drought tolerant once established, excellent indoor plant or for container gardens, too.
