Dietes Iridiodes African Iris

A native of South Africa the fortnight lily blooms year round in mild coastal areas throughout the USA, each flower last only one day, but is quickly followed by many others, flowers are white , blue and yellow and bloom on or about a two week cycle ( hence the name fortnight lily) Foliage is long strapped like and clumps and is very easily maintained .Very drought tolerant and not fussy about soil as long as it is well draining. Height 2 to 3’ clumping 1 to 2’ across and can spread larger in desired.
