Grown for it’s acidic dark pink pulp which can be eaten out of hand or processed into juice, purees, jellies and jams. excellent tree/ shrub 8′ to 15′ at maturity, foliage is quite beautiful with lots reddish purple leaves, fruits are round and reddish purple with a smooth yet heavy textured outside. Hardy to 28 F degrees once established, long lived and self pollinated. Fantastic tropical flavor!
