Japanese Lantern

Blooms are moderate strong red w/small, brilliant yellow center, petal narrow, elliptical, pointed tip twisting downward, narrow, strong red bands, poor texture, slight fragrance. It conceives it’s name by the way it’s flower clusters hang like red lanterns.
