Leucospermum Cordifolium Orange Pincushion

A beautiful bush 3′ to 4′ tall and very dense, small, leathery gray-green leaves cover its entire structure, inflorescence are showy, waxy, symmetrical and globular. They are curled tightly in the center like a orange pincushion 3 1/2″ across, the heads of the flower sometimes nod to one side. A long lasting beautiful cut flower, one bush can produce as many as 70 flowers in one season, flowers are usually borne from January through May. Zone 8 and higher.
