Common name comes from quick color changes of blossoms, they turn from purple to lavender to white, flowering in clusters, flowers are 2” wide and bloom profusely, foliage is oval in shape3” to 4” long and 1-1/2” wide and dark green , can grow to a mature height of 3 to 10 feet with a rather spreading habit, but can be pruned to size and shape very easily. Hardiness to zone 8b. Nice pleasing fragrance!
Other names: ‘Morning, Noon and Night’ for the ever changing flower colors. Brazil Raintree.
